All orders placed with BAGTRENDER DISTRO are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, BAGTRENDER DISTRO is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We may request your order number, shipping details, and photos of any damaged items or packaging to assist with filing a carrier claim.
