BAGTRENDER DISTRO – Refund & Returns Policy

At BAGTRENDER DISTRO, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure safety, quality control, and compliance. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Because many of our products are consumable or personal-use items, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • The product arrived defective or non-functional

  • The item was missing from your order

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this window may not qualify for resolution.

All approved return requests must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without prior approval

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact BAGTRENDER DISTRO immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (when applicable)

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and quality assurance.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not open or use the product. Once verified, we will provide instructions for correction and replacement when applicable.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for processing

  • Additional time depending on your financial institution

If you do not see your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If further assistance is needed, our support team will be happy to help.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or handed to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation approval once processing has begun.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Refund eligibility for returned packages will be evaluated after inspection and may be subject to restocking or shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BAGTRENDER DISTRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If a shipping issue occurs, please contact us promptly so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

We encourage customers to contact our support team directly so we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
